Advanced Adaptive Traffic Signal Controller System
We are able to offer a complete solution for an innovative and intelligent traffic signal controller (hardware and software) that incorporates vehicle actuation, the ability to be linked to a Centralised Monitoring System, interfaced to vehicle adaptive countdowns, programmable skip phase capabilities, transient protection, green conflict detector and green wave links and so much more.
Adaptive Traffic Signal
This controller is fully VA vehicle Actuated and has a very diverse range of programmable timing parameters with wide ranging multiplan and VA time plans. The controller can be programmed to operate individually . This controller is easily configurable using the controller configuration software.
This video is from one of the signal junction installed with Adaptive Traffic Signal. Green signal started with 50 seconds and the Vehicle Actuation Camera installed on this direction started to sense the traffic flow. When the green count down reached to 31 secs, vehicle movement on that direction got reduced and the Vehicle Actuation camera has send the less demand information to controller. Controller has send the information to countdown timer to reduce the timings and here it drop to 5 secs. With this we can see the savings of around 25 secs time. This is one of the Adaptive Traffic Signal implemented and maintained by SPB SMART SOLUTIONS.
